This image was used as the cover art for a European specialist epilepsy journal called ‘Seizure’ Volume 23, Number 6, June 2014. It was cropped and the sides were stretched slightly so as to fit the aspect ratio of the panel it was to be displayed in.

‘Seizure Magazine’ and ‘Walk on by’

The original painting is called ‘Walk on by’ and is an amalgamation of the people seen walking past through a shop front window. It was inspired by how my epilepsy is invisible to all of the people walking on by me without knowing that I have it.
